At CRZ YOGA, we want you to feel confident in your activewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship the Items
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
